Todd Sommer, 23, was in top condition when he collapsed and died Feb. 18, 2002, at the couple’s home on the Marine Corps’ Miramar base in San Diego. The couple married in 1999.
Sommer’s co-workers testified during the trial that the widow didn’t grieve quietly in the weeks after the death. She got her breasts enlarged and, witnesses said, joined wet T-shirt contests at nightclubs and had casual sex with other military men.
Prosecutors said Sommer wanted a better lifestyle than she could afford on the $1,700 monthly salary her husband brought home and saw the $250,000 military life insurance policy as a way to “set herself free.”
So this saturday I went to the Buff Club in Glasgow.
The music in that place is amazing. Kind of a funk, jazz, disco, house mix. Very nice tunes to dance to.
And the people seemed like a good bunch mostly. You got some who were trying too hard. They seemed to have epileptic seizures or something.. it was painful to watch and dangerous to be nearby, with head and arms flailing around uncontrolled.
The ambience was really nice though. Carpets on the floor, nice warm redish colours and soft lighting.
The combination of stylish people, good design and short queues at the bar was abit upset by the smell.
Along one corridor it smellt of old rank sweat. On the dancefloor people were suffering from serious flatulence. It was grotesque. I suppose that’s one drawback of the smoking ban.
Another problem was the sauna like heat on the ground floor disco.
But really.. if I go out to dance to awesome music with cool people I go to Buff Club (and take a peg for my nose with me).

After a couple of flight I finally arrive in flooded Delhi. After some time in a traffic jam Bhav and me head of to some shopping centers and I take in my first impressions of Delhi. In the evening a delicious south Indian style meal at the Bauji Da Dhaba ended the day perfectly.
Location: Metropolitan Shopping Centre, Gurgaon, New Delhi, India
